hello all..lama tak update blog ni..bukan pe,sejak 2 menjak ni sampai umah je..xde nampak lain except my bed ^_^ bukan nye sebab penat sangat,tapi ..otomatik bila sampai umah pala terus weng2 n nyut2 huhu n bila malam lak.............sori!memang dok melepek saje .....nk wat keje skola pun tpaksa gagahkan diri tuk abiskan..n sian mr hubby yang terpaksa layan segala karenah isteri tercinta dia ni..tabah la yer,semua ni berpunca dr awak juga hehehehehehehe k lah,ekceli banyak nk tulis tapi dah nk start weng2 ni..babai u ols!

1)ada je keje nk wat sampai xsempat nk post entry..huhu

2)xbape sehat..dah seminggu ni selsema+batuk.bila mo baik ni

3)quota dah habis..my broadband le,xsabar nk install Unifi ni hehe

tu le sebab - musabab saya..sampai apa yang sy nk story ngan korang2 pun rasa mcm dah blur..len kali nk wat camni,type lu..n if ada masa n kesempatan nnti..bleh post,kan?hmm..ok,akan buat camtu nnti so xde la yang tertinggal hohoho..

k lah,nk g tgk my chicken soup kat dapo tu..kang ntah jadi apa plak..tgh xsehat n cuaca hujan2 ni,makan sup memang best kan?hehe..korang dinner apa malam ni?pape pun..selamat berdinner n jangan lupa baca BISMILLAH ^_^

salam korang2 sume?sehat?well, i'm not..but still ALHAMDULILLAH because HE still give me the abilities to go to work,attend my classes n of coz attend a course plak after class..huhu kalau ikutkan..mmg my body dah tak larat tapi when i think of responsibilty(poyo tak ingat!) gagahkan diri huahuahuahua..n sok if tak larat cam nk MC tapi bila pk2..still xbleh!many things kena submit sok..hadoii!!stress giler nih..tapi,xleh stress2..not good for my health ^_^

tadi dengar kat HOTFM, ada GB dr SK JALAN TIGA,BANGI kata yang sekolah dia ada buat lawatan g 1 skul kat S'PORE..n during their visit tu,they performed something n the S'porean were quite amazed la dengan her pupils ability in dancing n singing n asked about how she moulded the ppls in music..wah,bese la murid2 kat mesia ni..menda camtu mmg diorg suka..cuma suh g belajo..sampai hujung tahun pun belum tentu tercapai objektif sume,kan? tu x bape menarik minat sangat..yang menariknya,GB skola tu kagum ngan skola kat sana yang ada 1 bilik khas tuk teachers..hah?dasat kan?..sebab SINGAPOREANs believe that TEACHERS ARE ASSETS. menarik kan?bilik tu kira mcm teachers' lounge la..ada gym n siap ada stress consultant..huish,nampak sangat stress jd cikgu ni hehe..n ada gak company yang supply nutritional supplement sebab diorg kata kalau cikgu sihat n cergas,lebih mudah nk menyalurkan maklumat kepada anak2 murid..hmm,menarik tak kalau benda yang sama diapply kan malaysa ku tercinta ni?mesti best kan?

~the 30th anniversary~

last week kami adik-beradik balik kampung to celeb our beloved parent's 30th anniversary ^_^ so happy for them n pretty proud n blessed that they could maintain their marriage and manage the joy n sorrows throughout the ups and downs for the amazing 30 years..proud to be ur daughters mak..abah!

so..for the day,my sisters n mom prepared pulut durian(xsempat nk snap pics..n really ralat coz takleh nk makan..this is 1 of my favourite dish!huhu), we prepared nasi ayam madu n bought CHEEZY CHOC CAKE from SR!mmg best..simple but meaningful event as we gather around together enjoying our delicious meals..but pretty sad as we felt incomplete as two of my brothers couldn't make it..topx was on duty n had extra class n faruq had to finish his thesis..anyway,even they were not around..their thought still count ^_^ n my mom said that she will prepare another dish for both of them later..cessss

korang pun sure love parents so much rite?my father always says this whenever we asked what do he want..as a present or what..n he simply answers: "abah x mintak apa pun,just nk tgk korang berjaya dalam hidup n sentiasa doakan abah n mak sihat..n jangan lupa kat kitorang n abah x banyak harta nk kasi kat korang,cuma pelajaran n didikan agama je..so guna kan la ngan betul"..simple but touching kan??? that's my dad!love u makabah till the last of my breath n pray that we still can meet each other 'there' soon..INSYAALLAH..

sorry coz this post kinda basi dah ni..it was held last week on Thursday. so early in da morning we took off(wah..mcm nek aeroplane lak..padahal nek school bus je) n took a while coz sesat nk cari SK TAMAN PUTRA PERDANA,PUCHONG so..we all arrived pretty late la.tp sib bek event started late gak sebab tggu participants dari skola len yang lum sampai(wah..ada yang lg lambat ok?) n after some times that slowly flew away..the event started nearly at 10++..n after the judges had all the lyrics n the teachers in charge picked their numbers..then,the competition began..we were the last school to perform..jd,bebudak SK KOTA WARISAN ni dah mcm cacing kepanasan dah..the other kids from other school aku tgk baik je dok dediam ngan cikgu2 diorg..takde la nk wat bising..tapi,haish..bleh tahan gak budak SKKW ni,poning kepala makcik! n yang lawaknya..bolehla masa the other school wat performance,diorg pun dok ikut nyanyi sama n wat action sekali..hadoyai!masa ni memang agak bajet gak la nk ngaku yang we all ni cikgu bebudak SKKW ni..hahahaha

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 n..eventually,sampai la turn kitorg,masa ni da teachers yang felt trembling..tapi da girls were super excited to perform..not a tiny bit scared or nervous..kagum jap ngan bebudak ni,."dah bese teacher!"hmm.yelah,kat skolah cam hampeh je korg wat..tunggang langgang gak..lalalalalalalallalla n ALHAMDULILLAH,they did well ^_^

such a relieved bila dah performed,then pi makan2 n waiting for the result..

pas habis GB SKTPP bagi speech yang panjang lebar,the head judge bagu ulasan...jejejejejejeng,ni yg kami sume waiting for..THE RESULT!!

the MC told the result from the 2nd runner up who was SK TAMAN PUTRA PERDANA 2..wah congrates guys!good job!

n then..jjejejejejengjeng..the 1st runner up: SK PULAU MERANTI!!wah..congrates korang..dasat skola ni,diorg wat lagu AF menuju puncak tu,tapi diorg tukar lyrics to TOWARDS 1 MALAYSIA!hebat kan?diorg punya choreography pun dasat.ala2 AF la..we thought diorg la champion...tapi..eh?if diorg not the no1?who it would be?masa ni mula la kitorg jd minah perasan..haha we got 1st ke?giler perasan x??hahahaha

n "JOHAN BAGI PERTANDINGAN ACTION SONG DAERAH SEPANG JATUH KEPADA......SK......KOTA WARISAN!!" yeayyyyyyyy!masa ni tak kira la the girls or the teachers giler menjerit mcm apa..hahahaha tak sangka weh..coz paling busuk pun kitorg bajet dapat 2nd place..anyway!congrates to all my lovely girls n my colleagues who made this happen..proud of you guys..n me..hehehehehe

last nite..my dear hubby n i went to jusco balakong coz really teringin nk makan tako..but then sampai sana agak kuciwa coz nampak mcm takde,but as we walked closer.. ada la kedai jual dorayaki,n ada jual tako sekali la!tapi bukan tako tao..tako zen..hmm,apa2 je la..asalkan tako hehehhe

n then,masa tgh having our dinner..i called my sis tanya dia nk gerak balik kg kul bape,n my brother plak dia kata mengantuk x hingat since dia balik keje lewat pagi semalam..n we recommended diaorg gerak sok pagi je..bukan pe,agak dangerous to drive when u r not really in da good condition to drive?rite..tapi tetiba adik2 ku ajak berpoya2 plak..gua?set aje hahahahahahhaa

so off to ALAMANDA..plan to watch JUST GO WIT IT,tapi tix habis sudah n the final decision was HOP. at 1st,i was like..hop?r sure?..nevermind,just hope it would make us 'hop' to enjoyment..ekekekeke..n guess what?that hope of mine..was true!!!!really enjoyed the movie since my hubby yg tired giler bleh layan da movie sampai habis n he was so happy too!4 out 5 star from me ^_^

ada2 je kan?ntah la,apsal ntah mggu ni sampai umah je rasa malas nk masak tu datang membuak2..penat kot,dlm kepala bila dah sampai umah tu rasa nk tido je huhu tapi..mengenangkan ada tanggungjawab tuk mengisi perut seseorang..yang kalau dia lapo macam apa ntah muka dia..dr sakit hati bek aku masak je la..aku gak yang dapat makan nnti hehehehe

"jadinya..mo masak apa kita ari ni?"kata ku didalam hati.

dlm freezer ada ayam..tgk2 ada labu..lama dah aku beli labu ni,so masak sayur lemak labu..ok setel!ayam lak..nk masak apa?aku pun sama pikir sama siang bawang n wat je la ikut gerak hati n apa yang dicapai dek tangan ni..hahahaha nasibler..aku men hantam saja,maka....terjadila resipi hot zesty lemon chicken ni..wah,hebat tak?hebat kan..hahaha

ni la rupa masakan saya hari ni..looks delicious rite?n sure it tastes delicious too!haha

so pada sesapa yang nk try resipi campak2 ni..camni:

3 ketul chicken ribs~potong kekecik (xkesah le korang nk guna bahagian mana pun)

4 biji bawang putih-dikisar

4 biji bawang kecil-dikisar

1/2 biji bawang besar

2 biji cili hijau-dikisar

2 biji cilil merah-dikisar

3 biji cili padi - dikisar

1 batang serai

lemon(aku guna 1/2 je)

garam + gula secukup rasa

cecara:

1)gaul ayam ngan kunyit+garam n goreng.agak2 dah separuh masak angkat n toskan minyak.

2)panaskan kuali n minyak(amik minyak yg wat goreng ayam td sket) n masukkan la segala menda yang dah dikisar(bawang putih,bawang kecil,lada hijau+merah n cilipadi tadi) td dan serai yang telah dititik2-

3)kacau2 sampai garing or naik bau.

4)tambah la garam n gula secukup rasa.biarkan ayam mesra ngan segala mende tadi. tapi careful jangan sampai ayam overcooked..dah x sedap!

5)bila agak2 dah mendidih..tabur la bawang2 besar td n perah lemon dan kulit lemon dipotong halus..n masukkan sekali dalam kuali.

7)bila kuah dah mendidih..tutp api.

8)dah siap!

DISCOVERY KNOWLEDGE SPELLING

last tuesday,my school hosted the DISCOVERY KNOWLEDGE SPELLING COMPETITION SEPANG DISTRICT LEVEL 2011..for those who did not know,what the competition was alike..it was like SPELL IT RIGHT by NST/RHB..OK?hehe

so..i was responsible as the TIME KEEPER for the very competition ^_^ it was kind of nerve-wrecking duty since my seniors told me that there would be some teachers or parents that will attack the TIMEKEEPER if the spellers were failed to spell n the time allocated was not the same time as what the thought or they have..choi!

however,ALHAMDULILLAH everything was run smoothly for the day except we started the event pretty late as the PPD called and asked us to wait for all the schools to register before the competitions started..n luckily they showed up n we started around 10 o'clock..phew!

bla..bla..bla..there was...(aiyoo!what a timekeeper i was...i can't remember how many rounds..damn!) 17 rounds(was it?or 13?plus minus la hehehehe) until we got the winner for the day,yeay!

the lucky gal is from SK TAMAN SEROJA n the 1st runner up is from SK KOTA WARISAN,eh..she is from my school la!wowwiee..congrates..both of them were great on dat day as they were able to spell some of the jargon words spelled my the master speller correctly..clap..clap...clap..

hahahahahaha..tapi normal la tu kan?nama pun budak..semua benda bleh jadi mainan hehehe

so we all decided to cook spicy pahat snails=siput pahat masak pedas..haha..bleh tahan gak la rasa dia,cam mussel..kenyal2 n lemak2 sikit,n kalau korang nk try mask,jangan masak atas api lama sangat coz dia akan jadi liat n xsedap dah..my bro-luqus kata kat kuching dulu dia selalu makan menatng ni..tapi masak dried chilli..ok,akan ku try lagi nnti hehehe..

ni sayur kalian..eh kailan goreng belacan..pelengkap menu dinner kitorg ^_^

selasa~NOWLEDGE DISCOVERY SPELLING COMPETITION! i was the time keeper for the big event today..so,no classes for today(yeay!) finished nearly at 1...our pupils got 2nd n 5th place,so 2 org dapat wakil sepang for state level..congrates yer ^_^ n then dapat kol dr my bro-luqus that our tok sedara meninggal..so sampai umah siap2 n then terus g pj old town n sampai umah around 11pm..terus tdo!xlarat sangat2!

rabu~arini pun bz gak..sampai salah masuk kelas sebab otak bape bekerja ngan betul,penat semalam x abis lagi..siapkan timban berat+tinggi+cek mata bebudak n then after recess all out full dress rehearsal actions songs..yang wat aku panas,besok nk lawan dah..tapi makin caca marba lak bebudak ni..aritu ok2 saje..wawawawawa hopefullt they turn out spectacularly great tmrw..amin!

besok/khamis~will be at SK TAMAN PUTRA PERDANA,PUCHONG for ACTIONS SONG AND STORY TELLING COMPETITION so..gonna be a tiring day as well..doakan kami menang yer ^_^ insyaAllah!amin!

lusa/jumaat~ni lagi gaban bz!sebab?banyak giler keje tertangguh...ngan buku x bertanda lagi,so..kena stayback la lagi.....hadoiii

i like saturday!sebab?i can wake up late n cook something special..not la dat special just x mcm2 weekdays yang agak simple hehe..

so,for today i like to eat chicken since this week,macam lum masak ayam lagi(ayam mahal giler kan skang?hampagas tol!)pikir punya pikir..nk masak ayam masak apa ek?ding!teringat ayam percik yang my lovely sis~HUDA masak haritu..sedap gak tu ^_^ jadi menu arini..ayam percik ngan sayur kobis masak lemak(gegegege..tu rupanya nama sebeno entri aku arini hahahaha)

cek dlm fridge-sume bebahan ada..ok,setel..mari berketang-ketung kat dapur hihi

bahan2 tuk masak ayam percik ni senang je

u may just need 4 garlics,4 shallots, an inch of halia and 2 sticks of lemon grass(serai)..blend all those ^_^ and tuang dlm frying pan yang dah panas,

since kami xmakan kalau xpedas,i put 2 spoon of blended chillies

and some tumeric powder(nk lagi sedap guna kunyit hidup kata adik aku)..stir them well.

eh lupa lak nk gtau..ayam tu kena goreng lu..tapi arini nk wat kelainan konon..aku grill atas pan ngan minyak sikit je;so..ayam tu nnti kan akan kuarkan minyak..jd minyak tu la aku guna wat masak kuah dia ni..ok,berbalik pada kuah tadi,dah agak2 naik minyak..masukkan ayam n tambah air sikit ngan santan kelapa(aku guna uht coconut milk ayam brand tu je)..godek2 sikit..bila kuah dah pekat n dah mendidih..siap la ayam percik tu..senang je kan?

kat family kitorg,xsemestinya jejemput ikan bilis yang common tu je,jejemput taugeh la(yg ni spesel skit sebab tambah yis,so dia kembung sikit),jejemput sayur,jejemput k

entang n xlupa jejemput pisang. aku pernah jual jejemput ni kat kantin skola agam

a my mum 2 years back ngan my dad..happening sebab mesti sold out. yerlah,bebudak ni jual apa2 pun habes ^_^

semlm aku wat jejemput sayur. 1st time makan kat kuantan @kemaman kopitia

m. n of coz la sedap n harga tak hengat,tapi agak mahal la tuk jejemput hehehe..so bila balik muar we decided to try the jejemput..n yeay!jadi hehehehe..tapi tu

k kali ni,aku wat kecik2 je..xde senduk nk wat mcm kat kemaman kopitiam

tu..n yang penting,rasa dia sedap camtu ^_^

ni bahan2 yang diperlukan,ikan bilis+kacang panjang+carrot+telur+bawang besar+air+tepung+air garam+minyak

memula,bancuh air garam,pastu tambah tepung+segala sayur2+ikan bilis+telur(kalau nk kasi lembut letak 2biji telur)..n then letak air sikit2,jangan kacau laju or kuat sangat,nnti liat plak..so the tips is kacau dr dalam ke luar,n agak2 dah sebati benti..jangan godek2 lagi..kang liat..aku xjamin eh..

aku suka makan jejemput yang lembut+xbape padat ngan tepung..so aku bancuh dengan air yang agak banyak(tapi xle banyak sangat)..kira adunan tu jadi camni la..xcair sangat x pekat

after that,jejemputkan ke dalam minyak panas..aku guna sudu hehe..kalo camtu takleh panggil jejemput la ek..sesudu?hahahaha ..goreng sampai theu turn to golden brown or garing..
